Anyone have experience with RUiXU 10kW Inverters?

I'm diving into my Solar DIY project and I've paired my Lithi2-16 battery with a RUiXU inverter, specifically the RUiXU Single/Split-Phase Off-Grid 10kW model. It was on sale for $1559 a few weeks back, but it was labeled as 'pre-order' while also marked 'in stock' on their site. I still haven't gotten it yet. I'm curious if anyone here has feedback or experiences with RUiXU inverters since I haven't come across any reviews. Hoping for some insights!

Yeah, it is surprising there aren’t more reviews out there. I thought it was weird that they didn’t send a unit to Will Prowse given his track record with batteries. That makes me think they might not be fully ready yet. But to be fair, I’ve had a great experience with my RUiXU 50kWh battery tower! I've heard their inverters are just about to get UL9540 certified, which could be a good sign since they managed to do that with the batteries too. If I were in the market for a new inverter, I’d definitely keep them in mind—the pricing seems pretty solid!

I feel the same way! It’s definitely odd that Will hasn’t reviewed it yet. Plus, I noticed the price went up by $200 since I made my pre-order.

Honestly, if I were you, I’d be cautious about going with an inverter brand I haven't heard of, especially with the scale of your setup. It’s always safer to stick with reputable brands that you can trust. This one seems a bit like a 'mushroom' brand from Alibaba. Just my two cents! I hear you on that, but I already made the purchase. They do have a decent return policy, so I guess I'll find out soon enough!
