Has anyone here tried using non-genuine batteries for their tools? I found a deal on Amazon for two 5Ah batteries at just £47, and I'm wondering if they're really worth trying. I've always stuck with branded options before, but I'm curious if these cheaper alternatives actually hold up.

There are plenty of warnings about fake batteries causing fires. While real batteries can also fail, the risk seems higher with the knockoffs. Just be aware if you decide to go that route!
