I'm curious if hanging a pull-up bar on my concrete walls or attaching gymnastic rings from my ceiling is safe. My entire house has concrete and steel construction, and I'm looking for advice on the best way to do this securely. If needed, I can provide photos for better understanding.

Using proper concrete anchors for things like dip or pull-up bars might be fine, but for gymnastic rings hung from the ceiling, it's a bit trickier. Your ceiling's construction matters a lot, and you'll need to consider shock loads and how the anchor behaves under dynamic forces. We had a tough time deciding how to do it, and ultimately used a steel I-beam for stability. Just remember, if you're falling from a high position, safety is key—don't just take random advice on this.
The safety of your setup really depends on the type of concrete anchors you're planning to use. If they have a good pullout rating, they should work fine for wall-mounted dip or pull-up bars. Just make sure to choose the right anchors!

Are your ceilings made of concrete too?
