I've been noticing ladybirds popping up everywhere lately - it seems like there are way more than usual! Is anyone else seeing this trend? Could it have anything to do with the fact that this year has also seen a lot of aphids?

I've definitely noticed an increase too! Seems like the 7-spot ladybirds are particularly frequent this year. Might be an influx of them along with some other insects. Whatever it is, I'm loving it!
Same here! Just a couple weeks ago, I hardly spotted any, and now they’re flocking everywhere. It’s so nice to see them back after years of barely noticing them. They must be thriving this year!
You're definitely not alone! I've seen tons of ladybirds too. It's probably because of the good weather and the aphid population booming, which gives them plenty to munch on. It's great to see them around again!

Right? It's like they decided to show up all at once!
