I planted some crocuses last year that have already bloomed, but a lot of others haven't even sprouted leaves yet. Is there a chance they will still come up?

It may also depend on where you live. Some crocuses are budding while others are still lagging behind. Also, make sure they're getting enough sun!
It really depends on factors like soil temperature and how deep you planted them. If they're viable, they'll pop up when the conditions are right!
Any chance they’re an autumn flowering type? If not, check if anything is munching on them like squirrels—those little critters love bulbs!
