I recently had washer and dryer hookups installed in my bathroom a few years back, but I've had some concerns about how the connections were done. The company that did the work didn't pull any permits, which led to a bunch of headaches trying to get that sorted out, and they never fixed the walls afterward. They also had multiple issues that needed correction to pass inspection. Based on that experience, I'm curious whether these connections look problematic to you all. Are there concerns I should keep in mind about this setup?

From what I can see, the standpipe looks a little short, but it's hard to say for sure without being there. It seems to be functioning okay, so unless you're having specific issues with it, I wouldn't stress too much about it.
It looks like the water lines might be crossed, but that could be intentional. Washers typically have the hot on the right and cold on the left, so double-check the back of your washer to be sure. Just be mindful of how they're connected.

The connections are actually set up perpendicularly to the washer, so they use long braided hoses to reach.
