Are New Gardening Shops Considered a Risk by Growers?

I'm curious about the perception of newer or smaller online gardening shops, particularly those that sell items like composts, fertilizers, and grow equipment. Do people tend to be cautious when considering these newer sites? What factors make a gardening shop feel trustworthy or untrustworthy to you?

Honestly, I feel like it’s a bit of a gamble with new shops. If I can’t find reviews or any trusted feedback, I’m likely to stick with the bigger names for gear. Just my two cents!

I hear you! A lot of people are hesitant until they've seen some positive experiences from others.

I think it really depends on the shop's overall vibe. If they have clear information about their products and good prices, I’m more inclined to trust them. But things like shipping times and customer service really matter too!

For sure! It's all about transparency. A solid return policy and responsive support team can make a huge difference.
