I'm dealing with a piece of equipment that only accepts Dewalt DC9360 batteries, and I'm finding them nearly impossible to source here in Australia. Does anyone know of any alternatives, or am I totally out of luck?

You might be able to modify your current batteries by replacing the cells. I've found some DC9360 batteries for parts on eBay, and there are rebuild kits too, though they can be on the pricey side. Just a thought if you want to keep your tools running!
I found a website that claims to offer battery rebuilding services for Dewalt tools! They might be worth checking out: [toolbattery.com.au](https://www.toolbattery.com.au/website/search?search=dewalt+36+volt&order=name+asc). Plus, there are DIY videos on YouTube if you're feeling adventurous! Good luck with your hunt!
Rebuilding those battery packs could actually be a fun project! It's a bit of work, but definitely doable.
You're not alone in this! The DC9360 batteries are pretty rare, especially down under. Upgrading to a newer tool platform might be a better solution since replacement batteries can be pricey, and there are often good starter kits out at decent prices. My advice is to check for deals if you're thinking about it!
Definitely a good point about upgrading! I bought a new tool last year, and it comes with batteries that are way easier to find.

Yeah, rebuilding can be tricky but satisfying if you’re into DIY projects!
