I’d say those columns are likely load-bearing since they’re supporting a pretty big span. Plus, it looks like there's a beam intersecting on the left, strengthening that idea.
To determine if those arches are load-bearing, you really need to check what's above and below them. A structural engineer will give you the best answer after looking at the whole setup.
Honestly, the arches seem pretty flat to me, and the right opening looks quite wide for them to be load-bearing. If there’s a beam on the left, there might be a load-bearing column under it, but it’s best to consult an engineer to be sure.
