Are Those Tiny White Bugs in My Monstera Pot a Problem?

Hey everyone! I recently noticed some tiny white bugs in the pot of my monstera plant, and after doing some research, I think they're springtails. I'm curious if they're harmful to my plant. Should I be worried about them, or can I leave them alone? If they are a problem, what steps do you recommend taking?

While they're generally good, just make sure you’re not overwatering your monstera. Too much moisture can lead to problems. If you keep the watering in check, they shouldn’t harm your plant!

Thanks for the tip! I've been trying to cut back on watering, but I heard that they can sometimes damage a healthy plant. Is that true?

Springtails actually eat decaying organic matter, so they're mostly harmless! They help clean up the soil and can even be beneficial for your plant's health. No need to stress about them too much!
