Best 4 ft LED Grow Lights for Low Sunlight Plants?

I'm looking for some recommendations on 4 ft LED grow lights for my work desk. I have several low-light plants, including scarlet-star bromeliads, a pink quill, a peace lily, a bredasdorp gasteria, and some holiday cacti. My desk is near a north-facing window in New England, and these plants aren't getting enough sunlight. I have two 4 ft spaces to hang the lights. How many lights do I need on each side? Would one be sufficient, or should I go for two?

Barrina makes solid LED grow lights that are affordable and do the job. They’re not fancy but provide good value. They offer three color temperatures, all of which are full spectrum. The 6500 K lights are pretty bright and cold in appearance, resembling a factory setting. The warm yellow lights, on the other hand, mimic late afternoon sunlight, which I find quite nice. Just a heads-up, they are very bright for human eyes, so you might want to position them carefully to avoid glare. I suggest starting with two lights and adjust based on how your plants respond. You can always unplug one if it seems too bright for them. Good luck!

Here’s how the space looks where I plan to hang the light: [Ignore the bag of bread](https://imgur.com/a/f58tjUL). I’m thinking of attaching it to the underside of the shelf. Would it be too bright there?
