Best 4ft LED Lights for My Plant Shelf?

I'm currently building a new shelving rack for growing plants indoors, and I need recommendations for 4ft LED lights. The rack will have 4-5 rows and I'm planning to use it for various types of plants, including tropical plants, seedlings, and vegetables. I've seen some mentions of Barrina 4ft T8 lights, but I'm a bit cautious due to a previous experience with a Monios stand that had unsafe wiring. I considered the Spider Farmer SF6000 74W as well, but I'm worried it might be too powerful for all the levels and it's on the pricey side. Would it make sense to use different types of lights for different shelves? I'm a newbie at this indoor growing thing, so any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

If your plants are gonna be within 6-8 inches of the lights, I’d definitely recommend going with the Barrina T8s. They work great for that distance! But keep in mind, if you have taller plants, you might want to consider their height when positioning the lights. 6-8 inches from the top of your plants should do the trick!

Does it matter that some of my plants will be big (around 14 inches) while others are just tiny seedlings? And just to be clear, 6-8 inches is from the tips of the plants, right? Thanks for your help!
