Best Adhesive for Bedazzling My Caulk Gun?

Asked By CraftyGadget91 On

I'm looking to personalize my automatic caulk gun with some bedazzling since my boss suggested making it unique to avoid mix-ups. I was thinking of covering parts of the handle with pink stones, but since it's a tool I use regularly, I'm curious about the best adhesive for this task. Should I go with something like E6000, or do I need a resin that requires curing? This is my first time attempting to bedazzle anything, so any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Just a heads-up: be careful not to bedazzle the grip part. You could really hurt your hands if they get caught on the stones while using it. Maybe focus on the barrel and other textured areas instead!

Definitely! I’ll stick to the harder plastic parts and skip the grip.

E6000 is a go-to for bedazzling! It's super strong and should hold those stones well, just make sure to apply it in a well-ventilated area. Also, consider the comfort of the grip while you're at it, you don't want to end up with sore hands while working!

Good to know! I’ll keep that in mind when picking the areas to decorate.

You know, it might actually be easier to spray paint it with pink glitter paint instead of bedazzling! Just a thought if blingy is what you're going for.”,
