I'm getting new windows installed and I'm trying to decide on the best adhesive to use. Specifically, I'd like to know if Loctite PL 3X, Liquid Nails, or GE silicone caulk is the best option for window replacement. Any recommendations or advice would be super helpful!

It sounds like you're actually looking for a weather sealant rather than an adhesive since replacement windows don't usually get glued down. Typically, a good quality silicone caulk like GE silicone is recommended for sealing around the windows. It provides a nice tight seal against the elements, which is what you want for insulation. Loctite PL 3X is also solid but more for heavy-duty jobs. Liquid Nails isn't designed for this specific application, so I'd steer clear of that one.
