Best Biscuit Joiners for UK Woodworkers?

Hey everyone! I'm reaching out to fellow woodworkers in the UK for some advice on biscuit joiners. I'm in the market for a good quality model that won't break the bank—looking for something sturdy and reliable. I don't need a battery-operated one, and I'm not interested in the Lamello system. Appreciate any recommendations you might have!

I've got a Makita PJ7000, and I really recommend it! It’s wired and performs excellently. I also picked up a Bosch GFF 18V-22, which runs on battery and has the same joiner head as the Makita. If you already use a battery platform, the Bosch is super handy. Just a heads up though, I would steer clear of the Einhell and Draper models—they're not worth it. I tried an Einhell first, and it really didn't hold up. The Makita is definitely a better investment!

Thanks for the tip! I actually use all Makita battery tools, so I’ll definitely check out the Bosch option. I agree with the whole 'buy cheap, buy twice' philosophy, and I was dubious about those cheaper brands.
