Hey everyone! I'm on the lookout for battery-powered secateurs that can help my dad with gardening. He has shoulder osteoarthritis and struggles to lift his arm high, so I need something that's easy to use and can reach high branches without needing a ladder. Ideally, I'd love secateurs with an attachable extension and a waist strap for support. We're also interested in finding a cordless hedge trimmer and mini-chainsaw from the same brand that can use the same batteries. Does anyone know if such tools exist or can recommend specific brands or models? Thanks so much for any help!

Hey! You might want to check out Ryobi. They have a nice range of cordless gardening tools, including secateurs and hedge trimmers. I haven’t seen any that specifically have an extension feature, but their stuff is pretty solid for casual gardening. I personally use a lot of their tools, and they’ve held up well over time!
Thanks for the tip! I’ll definitely check out Ryobi's options.

Sounds promising! What’s your experience with their battery life?
