Best Dust Collection Options Under £300 for Woodworking?

Asked By CraftyNinja77 On

I'm diving into woodworking and just bought my first serious tool—a table saw. Unfortunately, my trusty Henry vacuum isn't cutting it anymore! I'm looking for recommendations on shop vacs or dust extractors that can handle the dust well. I'm located in the UK and want to keep my budget around £250, although I can stretch it to £300 if necessary. Any suggestions?

For a solid choice, consider looking into dust collectors that are typically used for drywall or masonry. I’ve had great luck with my Metabo A35, which I snagged for around £300 a couple of years back—it's performed really well! Just keep an eye out for deals.

Good point! Metabo actually rebrands some Starmix models too, which are known for their quality. Also, check out brands like Nilfisk; they’re offered under names like Makita and Ridgid, and can be excellent options.
