Hey everyone! I'm looking for some advice before I drop a lot of cash on new grow lights. I have a bunch of succulents, cacti, and plants like Pothos and snake plants. I've got two nice plant stands with some lights that work pretty well, but whenever the power goes out, I have to reset them to a 12/12 schedule manually, and it's really annoying. I've just picked up a 72" high shelving unit that has adjustable shelves ranging from 3" and up, and I'd like to use it for propagating, seed growing, and overall plant overflow. Do you think the strip lights from these links will be good for that? Here are the lights I'm considering: [Link 1](https://a.co/d/4bQL1zP) and [Link 2](https://a.co/d/flpFQsH). Any tips for lights that are great for propagating and succulents? Thanks!

Hey! I totally get your struggle with resetting lights after a power outage. One option is to get grow lights that come with an automatic ON/OFF timer, which could save you a lot of trouble. Just plug them into a timer switch so you don't have to deal with the manual reset every time the power goes off. It's a game changer!

That's a smart idea! I use a mechanical outlet timer too, and it really helps. The light won't be on during a power failure, but at least you won't need to reset it when the power comes back. Super convenient!
