Best High-Yield, Low-Maintenance Vegetables for Zone 10b?

Hey everyone! I'm gardening in USDA Zone 10b and I'm on the lookout for some high-yield vegetables that require minimal maintenance. I really want to have a productive garden without spending too much time constantly tending to it. I have a garden strip that gets about four hours of sunlight a day, so I'd love your suggestions for vegetables that can thrive in that kind of partial sun. Extra points for varieties that are pest-resistant! Can't wait to see what you all recommend!

Zucchini, cherry tomatoes, bush beans, and radishes are great options! They tend to produce well without a ton of work, which is perfect for your setup.
