I'm setting up a 4x4 indoor gardening tent with a full spectrum LED Mars light, complete with timers, humidifiers, exhaust, and oscillating fans. I've got tons of experience with outdoor plants, but I'm new to growing produce indoors. I'm wondering what types of vegetables, herbs, and possibly fruits I can grow together in this environment. I eat a lot of herbs, tomatoes, and peppers, so those are high on my list. I just want to make sure I choose plants that can thrive in similar conditions. I won't be mixing outdoor plants with my indoor setup, so I'm looking for the best options!

Peppers are fantastic for indoor gardens; they come in so many varieties and will keep producing through the season. Plus, they don’t need as much light as tomatoes and stay compact, which is perfect for your tent! You can also grow a ton of different herbs, most of which thrive in lower light. Tuck them in the corners!

Exactly! I'm also hoping to find a smaller tomato variety that can coexist with peppers and herbs. I’d love to make some pasta sauce, so I'm considering indeterminate types that will keep producing. I think I’ll also focus on growing herbs like basil, cilantro, thyme, and rosemary. Plus, I've got my eye on lettuce, spinach, and maybe even broccoli if I can fit them in!
