Best Laptop for 3D Printing Beginners?

Asked By GamerNinja42 On

I'm planning to dive into 3D printing to create packout inserts, but I've never done this before. I'm considering getting a laptop to pair with a printer. Besides 3D printing, I'll mainly use the laptop for online banking, investing, and some Excel work. Do I need to look for anything specific in terms of laptop specifications?

If you're brand new to 3D printing, I really suggest going for a Bambu Labs printer. My experience with the Creality Ender was frustrating at times because I spent more time adjusting it than actually printing. The Bambu Labs printers are super user-friendly. I started with the P1S and upgraded to the H2S for a larger print area. They’re incredibly reliable, and I can’t see myself using another brand after years of hassle-free printing!

I’ve heard Bambu is awesome! I'm thinking about getting the A1 mini since I'm just starting out and don’t want to drop over $1k CAD right away if it turns out I’m not great at it, haha.
