I'm trying to get skunks out from under my sunroom and I've heard they dislike bright lights. I'm looking for some suggestions on lights that would really illuminate that area, particularly underneath a shed or sunroom. Eventually, I plan to install hardware cloth around the perimeter to secure it, but I want to take immediate action to encourage them to leave first. Any tips or links would be super helpful!

For getting skunks out, consider picking up some LED work lights from Home Depot! Something like this one will do the trick. Just set them up under the sunroom, making sure to cover every corner with light, since skunks often hide in dark spaces. LEDs are great because they don’t heat up too much, which is safer than using incandescent lights that can become a fire risk. Plus, I've heard of other methods like putting mothballs in an old sock to help deter them, but definitely use LED lights to start!

Thanks for the suggestion! My sunroom is hexagonal, and the biggest area is around 12x12 feet. Glad to know no one is above the mothballs!
