Fish fertilizer is a great option! It's concentrated, meaning you don't need much, but just a heads up, it does have a strong smell. On the plus side, it helps increase beneficial microbes in the soil, which is fantastic for your seedlings' roots.
I personally use Neptune’s Harvest liquid fish-based fertilizer, and I dilute it down to about half strength for my seedlings. It seems to work really well without being too harsh. Just make sure your soil is good quality, too!
You might want to look into starter fertilizers like those from Miracle Gro. They have liquid options that are pretty effective. And remember, 'chemicals' often just means natural elements that we find in nature, so don't be too scared of reading those labels!
