Hey everyone! I'm really frustrated with my hose connectors always leaking. I want to leave the tap on and control my watering through the sprayer, but every connector I've tried just drips. I've attempted using the brass ones, but they didn't work any better than the plastic ones. Can anyone suggest some reliable hose connectors that actually don't leak? Thanks a bunch!

What kind of leak are you dealing with? If it's the area where the hose screws to the tap, using Teflon/PTFE tape can help! If it's the attachments, I'd recommend the Gardena connectors. They are pretty solid compared to the rest.
To tackle the leaks, I used plumbers PTFE tape on the hose ends and the male threads. Now, the only thing that still leaks is the head itself! It's a game changer for getting those connections sealed up.
I've dealt with the same issue! In my experience, both Hozelock and Gardena connectors tend to be more reliable and leak-free. Definitely worth checking them out!

That's a smart tip! I usually forget about the tape. How do you put it on? Just a wrap around each thread?
