I'm planning to buy a sturdy trellis arch for my vegetable vines, and I've been considering using cattle panels. However, I'm a bit worried about how to transport it home. Has anyone in the Northern VA area had any experience with this? I'm open to suggestions or even pooling resources for transportation if that helps!

If you're trying to transport a panel, fold it like a taco, zip tie the ends, and lay it over your car roof with a blanket. Just run some ratchet straps through the car to secure it—trust me, it won't go anywhere!
Have you thought about delivery options? I know Tractor Supply delivers and they carry cattle panels, so that might be a solution for you.
In situations like this, my husband has rented a truck or a U-Haul for the day. It's usually super affordable, under $50 for just a couple of hours, and you can get everything home without hassle!
I get why everyone raves about cattle panels, but if you're not in a rural area, they might be hard to find. I used wooden trellises before, but they can be pricey and sometimes not tall enough. This year, I made my own frame with 10-foot wooden posts and string netting for just around $15. It’s working perfectly for my tomatoes!
I found a Tractor Supply near me, about 45 minutes away, but they deliver. Might be worth checking out!

Definitely! You can also grab rolled wire fencing from any big box hardware store and set it up with T-posts or wooden posts.
