Best Places to Sell Unused Tile Online?

Hey everyone! So, we recently purchased some tile for a project but have decided to go in a different direction. Unfortunately, we're past the 30-day return window. Besides the usual spots like Facebook Marketplace and OfferUp, are there any other online platforms where people typically buy or sell building materials? Thanks for any suggestions!

You definitely have some options! Besides Facebook Marketplace, I’d also recommend Craigslist. Just a heads up, you might have to sell it for less than what you paid, but that’s pretty normal for materials like this. You could also check if there are any local groups or pages specifically for home improvement where you can post your tile listing. Best of luck!

True, it's all about those local connections! You never know who might be eager for some tile at a good price.

Honestly, a lot of folks I know just end up stashing their extra tile in the garage, hoping to use it someday—but that rarely happens! If you want to sell it, try taking clear photos and list it on Marketplace. Keep it up for a couple of months, and if it doesn’t sell, maybe consider giving it away for free. It really helps to include the total square footage and any details about the tile, like a link to its product page or installation instructions. That can make it more appealing!
