Best Plants for a Windowless Bathroom?

Asked By CactusCrafter92 On

Hey folks! I'm in need of some advice. My bathroom is completely windowless and it barely gets any light unless I have the overhead lights on. I'm wondering what types of plants could actually survive in such low light conditions? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Honestly, it's tough to find plants that will really thrive in those dark conditions. If you're determined to go with live plants, I recommend using a small grow light. This can help provide the necessary light for low-maintenance plants like a snake plant or ZZ plant. They won't necessarily thrive, but they might just hang on if there's enough artificial light from the grow bulbs.

Yeah, a grow light sounds like a solid plan! It makes a huge difference for indoor plants.

If you're really not sure about live plants, I’d just go with plastic ones. They look nice, and you won't have to worry about them dying in the dark!
