Hey everyone! I recently moved into a new office, which is fantastic, but there's a catch—there are no windows! I'm really eager to liven up the space with some plants that won't die on me every month, ideally something low maintenance. Does anyone have any suggestions for plants that can survive in basically zero sunlight?

For sure, look into some low light varieties and definitely consider setup options like a grow light. I've seen people thrive with plants in garages using just these lights—totally doable! Just avoid pests and maintain cleanliness.
If you're up for it, grab some grow lights! A snake plant or a spider plant does well with artificial light. Just make sure to keep an eye on moisture levels since plants can need less water without much light.
Yeah, make sure not to overwater them! Less light means they won't drink as much.
Honestly, a plant won't thrive in total darkness, but there are some great options for low light! You might want to get a pothos or a ZZ plant. Pairing them with a small grow light could really help them flourish in your office. I've got a grow light in my cubicle, and it's made a world of difference!
Totally agree! I have two pothos and a peace lily with a grow light, and they're pretty happy in my windowless office too.

You could also try bringing them home on weekends for some sunlight if that works for you!
