I'm looking to add some greenery to my office, which unfortunately has no windows at all. I only have fluorescent overhead lights to work with. My wife believes it's impossible to keep plants alive in such conditions. Can anyone suggest plant species that might survive here? Also, any tips on how to care for them?

You definitely need to get a grow light if you want your plants to thrive without natural sunlight. A lot of plants just can’t survive long-term in low light. You can go for low-light species like ZZ plants, pothos, or snake plants; they do great even in less-than-ideal conditions. Just give them a bit of grow light for a couple of hours each day and they'll be fine!

Awesome tips! I’ve heard ZZ plants are super low-maintenance too.
