I'm looking to attach some pressure treated wood lattice to a pressure treated 4x4 post outside. What kind of screws or nails should I use to make sure it lasts?

For attaching lattice, I'd recommend using stainless steel fasteners. They resist rust, which is crucial for outdoor projects. You might also consider hot-dipped galvanized nails or coated fasteners since they're designed to hold up against the elements. 4D or 5D box nails are a solid choice if you want something affordable that will still last long!
I personally just use tiny C-clamps when attaching lattice. It might be a bit unconventional, but it keeps everything secure without worrying about rust.
Finishing nails work well too and can give a clean look. If you want something a bit different, stainless 9/16 staples can also do the trick, especially if you don't mind seeing a bit more of the fastening process.

Yeah, definitely go for stainless or galvanized! Rust can ruin your lattice in no time.
