I'm looking to start seeds indoors and I'm curious about what kind of shelving works best for this. Is there an ideal height between shelves to accommodate grow lights? I don't need an elaborate setup, but I'm aiming for something budget-friendly. Any examples or links to setups would be appreciated!

For my indoor seed starting, I use chrome NSF/metro racks. I configured mine with four shelves, which gives me three growing levels, and I hang the lights from the shelves above. Right now, I have coleus plants growing on it! Check out how it looks: [Image Link].
Sounds similar to what I use! Those shelves are really adjustable and tough!
