Best Solar Solution for a Mobile Mini Water Heater?

Hey everyone! I'm building a food cart and need a small water heater. I found a stainless steel heating core that delivers hot water in just 5 seconds with a power of 3000W at 110V/50-60Hz. While I can plug it into local power at some events, I need a solar-powered battery system for times when power isn't available. I'm completely new to solar energy, so any guidance would be awesome!

3kW is quite a bit for something so mobile! What’s your budget and how big or heavy are you willing to go? You might want to consider butane or propane heaters too, especially since you’ll likely have propane for boiling water already. Just an idea!

I totally agree with looking into those options. They can be really handy, especially for events!
