I'm looking for advice on gluing 1/8" thick panels. I've joined the edges using a table saw and they seem to fit well together. What's the best way to secure them while the glue dries? Any tips would be appreciated!

You might find this video by Phil Morley really handy; he demonstrates the best techniques for gluing thin panels. It’s super clear and could really help you out!
I remember watching a video from Brian Boggs about jointing and gluing veneer. He shares some fantastic methods that are applicable here. Might be worth checking out for more tips!
Absolutely! He always has great insights.
One method that works well is using painter's tape. Just tape the edges on both the front and back to keep them aligned without flexing. Plus, adding some weight on top can help hold everything together nicely while it dries. It might sound simple, but tape can act like a clamp in this scenario!
That's a solid tip! Just keep in mind that with such thin panels, don’t expect an incredibly strong joint. If you need something really sturdy, you might want to try a lap joint instead.

Thanks for the recommendation! I'll check it out.
