I'm looking to set up an under-sink system that provides both filtered cold water and hot water (not boiling) at my kitchen sink. Additionally, I'd like to supply hot water to my bathroom sink, which is only about 2 meters away from the kitchen. My property has excellent water pressure, being at the bottom of a valley with plenty of water supply. Can anyone recommend a good system to achieve this?

Have you thought about a combi boiler? It's really efficient, saves a lot of space, and should cover both your kitchen and bathroom hot water needs without a hitch. Since you have great water pressure where you are, it should work perfectly for you!
Sounds like you've got some solid DIY skills! If anything goes wrong with my kitchen sink, I know who to ask for help now!
For a sleek solution, check out the Quooker or Grohe Red. They offer both hot and filtered water from the same unit, making it a tidy option under your sink.

Just a heads up, though, installing gas could be super pricey if it's not already set up in your place. If you're electric-only right now, that might complicate things!
