Best Way to Clean Furniture After Mold Exposure?

I had some bedroom furniture in a room that had moldy flooring due to a water leak. Fortunately, there's no visible mold or strange smells coming from the furniture itself. I'm looking for advice on what safe cleaning solution to use that won't damage or discolor the dark red wood finish.

What about Clorox wipes? They're easy to use, but I'm a bit concerned about whether they might discolor the wood.

A mixture of dishwashing liquid and water is a great option too. If you need more tips, the EPA has some good advice on mold clean-up that you might find helpful.

You can use a mild dish detergent mixed with water. Just wash and rinse it off well. This should help remove any mold spores without harming the finish.

Try a light solution of vinegar and water, then make sure to dry it thoroughly afterwards. Hydrogen peroxide mixed with water works as well and should be safe for your furniture.
