I recently got a new mirror that weighs about 50 pounds, and I want to hang it on my wall. Unfortunately, the wall studs aren't in the positions I'd prefer. I'm considering using two drywall anchors rated for 75 pounds each since the mirror has a cable on the back for hanging. If drywall mounting proves impractical, I'll look for a spot to mount it directly into a stud instead. Any suggestions?

I’d recommend getting two 45-pound 3M Claw drywall hooks. They work really well and require no tools for installation or removal. Plus, they only make tiny holes that are easy to patch up later. It's hard to believe these didn’t exist until recently, but they’re definitely a game changer!

Just looked them up, and I'm thinking of grabbing the 65-pound ones instead. Do you think they'll last long-term?
