Hey everyone! I'm looking for advice on how to finish a gap I've got under my countertop. I've attached a photo (https://imgur.com/a/ZwoWCEw) to show you what I'm working with. I was thinking about either filling it in and painting to match the drywall or adding some modest trim around it, but the height is a bit too high for just quarter round trim. I'm still learning as I go with these projects, so I would appreciate any suggestions!

I’d go with trim too! There are really thin rectangle strips you can find. Just a couple of small nails and some construction adhesive should do the trick. Paint it to match your cabinet before attaching it and it’ll look great!
Trimming it out is a solid idea! You could use pieces of 1x3 or even 1x4 or 1x2 – choose whatever you like best. Just attach them with a few nails and you're good to go!
Another option is to use PC Woody 2-part epoxy. Just take a small amount of each part, mix it, and press it into the gap with a putty knife. Once it dries, sand it down for a smooth finish! Just make sure to work in small batches since it sets quickly.
Or you could just use duct tape! Just kidding, but it could be a temporary fix if you're in a pinch!

Absolutely! That approach works really well for gaps like this.
