Hey everyone! I'm a bit new to lawn care, and I've noticed that dandelions are taking over a small patch of my lawn. I've tried pulling them out, but the roots are pretty deep in the topsoil, so it's tough to get them out without damaging the grass. I'd prefer not to use any pesticides for various reasons. Any tips or tricks to help get rid of these pesky weeds? I'd really appreciate your advice!

A great solution is to use cleaning vinegar mixed with a teaspoon of dish soap and some salt. Just fill a spray bottle and apply it on a sunny day. Make sure to soak the leaves well but keep it away from anything you want to keep alive. Just a heads up—wear goggles and try not to breathe in the fumes since it can be pretty harsh!
Is there a gentler way to handle this? I have lots of grass, and I don't want to damage it while getting rid of the weeds!
