Hey everyone! I've been gardening for about four years now and I'm transitioning from container gardening to raised beds this year. I have three raised beds, each measuring 8x4, and I'm gearing up to plant around 65-70 bulbs of garlic for my family. My main concern is how to plant these cloves so I can still utilize the bed in spring. I want to avoid tying up the entire bed until June or July next year. Is it possible to space the garlic out and squeeze in some other crops like eggplants, peppers, or tomatoes in May? What do you all think about this plan?

It's generally not a good idea to plant peppers or tomatoes near garlic since they tend to compete for nutrients and space. They might not thrive together, so if you can, keep them separate! Just thought I'd share my experience.
