Best Ways to Store Japanese Saws: Tips and Tricks

I'm looking for advice on how to properly store Japanese saws. I know for larger western-style saws, it's best not to lean them against walls and to lay them flat with the blade facing down or hang them to avoid bending. However, I'm curious about Japanese saws since the steel they use seems different. Are there specific ways to store them that I should know about? I've seen various methods online, including wall mounts with magnetic support, cabinets with handle holes, and different types of holders. My Dozuki and Ryoba are currently resting flat in their cloths on a shelf, but I'm considering building a cabinet for them with the blades pointing up, although that seems like a wobbly option. Any insights?

As long as your saw has decent steel, you probably don't have to worry too much about bending. I've kept my western panel saws in a crowded filing cabinet for years, and they’re still perfectly straight!

That's reassuring! I remember reading a warning from Christopher Schwarz about storage issues, so I was starting to worry.
