Hey everyone! I'm searching for a window cling that provides privacy, since my bedroom window is directly facing a mall, but I still want it to allow UV rays to come in for my plants. I usually have to open and close my blinds and sometimes forget to reopen them, which isn't great for my plants. Any suggestions on how to make this work? Thanks!

Actually, plants mainly need the right light wavelengths, like red and blue, rather than UV specifically. So as long as you have sufficient light, they should do just fine!
You might want to look for a frosted glass cling that allows light through. I've seen many folks use this type, and their plants seem to be happy with the amount of light they still receive. Just make sure to pick something that's designed for it!
Keep in mind that regular glass already filters out a good chunk of UV light, so your plants might not need direct UV exposure. I use an opaque cling in my room for privacy, and my lower-light plants like pothos and snake plants are thriving, so it could work for you too. Just choose plants that can adapt to less light and you'll be fine!
