I'm trying to have a successful garden this year and I can't decide whether to go with buckets or an above ground garden setup. What do you think is the better option for growing plants?

In-ground setups can help keep the roots cooler, which is a plus. If you're thinking about plant health, they’re often the better choice if you have the space for it. Just keep in mind that buckets can be harder to manage in terms of watering and temperature. Overall, I’d lean toward in-ground as well if it’s an option.
Going with an in-ground garden is usually better, especially if you're considering raised beds with ample soil. I've tried both methods, and buckets tend to heat up more quickly, which can stress your plant roots. Plus, they limit root growth significantly. If you can, opt for planting directly in the ground—it's definitely the way to go!

Okay! Thanks for the insight! That's really helpful!
