Hey everyone! I'm curious if any Canadians here have purchased tools from US auctions and managed to get them shipped over. I'm really looking to expand my collection of moulding planes, and I've noticed there are way more options in the US compared to Canada. I'm particularly interested in whether sites like hi-bid are a good route for this. Also, if anyone in Ontario has some moulding planes they're looking to sell, I'd love to connect!

You know, checking out England for moulding planes is also a solid idea! I live in the US and managed to snag a couple of really nice matched sets from there. It's just easier to find high-quality ones over in the UK.
I’ve been keeping my eyes peeled too! I stopped looking around the holidays but I’m back on the hunt now. I’ve mainly been looking on eBay because it seems like many English sellers don’t ship internationally. I got a good deal on some Routledge side beads and cove planes, but the hollows and rounds are a bit tricky to find. Guess I’ll just keep watching for now—it's hard to resist with how fun they are!
