Can Grow Lights Be Used for Indoor Light Therapy?

Hey everyone! I'm looking for advice on whether grow lights could be beneficial for people who can't get outside much. I live in Phoenix, and during the summer, it can get over 120°F outside. We have very dark window tinting due to the heat, so my daughter hardly gets any sunlight throughout the day. Is it safe or effective to replace our home light bulbs with grow lights to mimic the benefits of outdoor sunlight?

I wouldn't recommend using grow lights for this purpose. Constant exposure can be harmful; they’re designed for plants, and humans have different needs. There are specific lights made for people that provide adequate light without the risk of skin damage or eye problems. Better to look into those instead!
