Can I build a shed’s foundation using only hand tools?

I'm planning to build a 20' x 20' shed/workshop in the backyard of my home, which is on a mostly flat lot. The access to the back is quite limited since I have no driveway or alley; I can only get through a paved walkway along the side that's wide enough for a wheelbarrow but definitely not for an excavator or any vehicle.

Right now, the area is just grass, and it needs to be dug up and graded before I can lay the foundation and trench for utilities. I know how to prep smaller foundation projects with hand tools, but I'm wondering if tackling a larger shed like this is even feasible without heavy machinery. Are there any important considerations I might be missing?

You can definitely do it with just hand tools if you're physically up for it! I've cleared larger spaces by hand. If you don't insist on a concrete foundation, consider using runners for your shed, which requires less prep work. A sod cutter could make things a lot easier for you too.
