Can I Build an Adapter to Use My 20V Tools with a 230V Socket?

I'm looking for ideas on how to create an adapter that would allow me to plug my 20V tools into a standard 230V wall outlet. I'm open to sacrificing a battery for the necessary connections and PCB to make it work. I usually rely on batteries, but they run out too quickly—especially when I recently had to grind tiles for my terrace, consuming an entire 4Ah battery per tile! Any advice would be appreciated! (P.S. I meant to say 230V in my title instead of 240V)

If you're feeling adventurous and okay with potentially destroying a tool, you might try snagging a cheap 24V power supply, like a 100 amp one for about $50. The batteries run around 21 volts, so it's a bit of a gamble on what could happen!

It’s probably going to be tricky since you're dealing with AC from the outlet and DC from the battery. You'd definitely need some kind of converter to make it work, which can complicate things.

Yeah, that converter is crucial. Otherwise, you won't get anywhere. Or the exact same problem applies to chargers too.
