Can I Combine Bath and Kitchen Vents?

I'm working on a couple of ventilation issues in my home. I've added a half bath and have installed a new vent. Can I connect this new bathroom vent to the existing vent line that goes to the roof, considering the bathrooms are adjacent?

Also, I have a microwave vent and a range hood vent now. The range hood vent was already in place, but the microwave is above the range and we don't plan to use its vent at all. Can these two vents be connected to the same roof vent?

I agree with the previous comment about keeping the vents separate. If the range hood is already vented to the roof, that's great. If you don't plan on using the microwave vent at all, you might consider either not connecting it or venting it out to the attic. But venting to the attic isn’t ideal either, so keeping it separate from the range hood is probably the safest bet.
