Can I Cut My LED Strips and Use the Leftovers?

I'm looking to add some LED strips to my pantry and kitchen, which are quite a distance apart. I found a 100ft LED strip on Amazon for $10 that says it can be cut. I'm planning to use about 5ft for the pantry and approximately 20ft for the kitchen. Can I cut the strips for these measurements and still use the remaining pieces? I'm also concerned about whether the LED strips come with adapters for reconnecting the sections after cutting, as I would prefer not to mess with complicated electrical connections.

Yes, you can definitely cut LED strips to length! Most of them have specific cut lines where you can snip them and these lines usually have pads on both sides for you to solder wires if you decide to reuse the leftover sections. Just make sure you have the right power supply if you're using multiple strips.

Exactly! Just cut the strips at the designated lines and connect the remaining pieces with soldered wires. It's not that complicated once you get the hang of it!
