So, I messed up and bought a shower glass door that's 58.5-60 inches wide, but I need it to fit a 57.5-inch space. Is it possible for me to cut the track down to size and still make it work? I know there'll be a little overlap, but I'd rather not have to return everything! Anyone experienced with this?

Yep, you can cut that track! Just make sure to measure carefully, and consider sealing the edges to avoid any water leakage. It sounds like you've got this under control!
You can definitely cut the track to fit your shower door! Just be sure to use a proper cutting tool for a clean edge. The slight overlap shouldn't be an issue as long as the door seals well. Just keep in mind that the installation might take a bit of adjustment to make sure it fits perfectly! Good luck!
One thing to watch out for is the door's weight distribution. If the overlap is too much, it might affect how smooth the door slides. Just test it out after installation!

Thanks for the reassurance! I just want to make sure I do it right. Appreciate the tips!
