Hey everyone! I'm thinking about buying this house, and I'm really interested in the kitchen layout. Here's a link to the kitchen picture: https://imgur.com/a/Hwurz0r. Currently, there's no dishwasher installed, which isn't a dealbreaker for me, but I'd like to know if it's possible to add one down the line. I'm open to options, even a compact model, but I'm having trouble finding a suitable spot to install it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
Edit: I realize I might need to remove some cabinets, but I'm curious if there's any viable location to make this happen. I'd prefer to avoid using a portable dishwasher unless I really have to.

My parents use a portable dishwasher that they can roll over to the sink. It’s about the same length as a regular dishwasher, and when they’re not using it, they just move it to the side for extra counter space. Though, keep in mind that portable ones generally have only one rack, while full-size ones can handle much more.
If you remove the cabinet on the far right, you could fit an 18" dishwasher there! There might also be a chance for a full-size one in the drawer stack area, but I'm not sure you’d want to lose your only set of drawers.
That’s the spot I was looking at! Thanks for confirming that it could work!
To fit a built-in dishwasher, you're likely going to have to sacrifice a cabinet, particularly if you want to avoid extensive plumbing work. There are also countertop portable dishwashers that can drain into the sink; that’s an option, too!

Definitely true! Portable dishwashers can be a bit smaller with limited capacity. A standard full-size offers way more space and functionality if you can find the room for it.
